Kraig Blancher

Contact Kraig

Kraig Blancher is the founder and President of CGB Insurance. Before starting CGB Insurance, Kraig was a distinguished member of the United States Army. This training and experience is where his solid work ethic derives from. After leaving the Army, Kraig attended the University of South Florida where he graduated at the top of his class receiving 3 degrees.

He started his career in insurance with Federated Mutual, where he received the top training and skills to make his 11-year tenure there one full of several achievements and acknowledgments, including the Top Producer in the Nation. His specialized area is insuring small to midsize, family owned businesses.

Through his comprehensive interview and risk management approach, he has been able to grow CGB Insurance into the thriving agency it is today. It is Kraig’s belief that the dedicated work ethics and positive attitude he’s adopted has helped him to form lasting relationships with his clients and has helped him teach the value of insurance.

Kraig is active in numerous associations and charitable organizations. In his spare time, he is a devoted father who loves spending time with his 2 young sons, and often is found mentoring and aiding their local Boy Scouts of America chapter.


Amanda Carr

Amanda has been in the insurance industry for over 18 years. She began her career as a Marketing Assistant and is now a Partner at CGB Insurance. She has worked alongside Kraig Blancher for 17 years and was an intricate part of forming what is now a strong and growing agency.

She is licensed as a Commercial Agent as well as a Health & Life Agent. She is part of the commercial side of CGB Insurance, but doesn’t limit herself and is happy helping with all lines when needed.

She is strongly dedicated to CGB Insurance and its clients, which shows in her eagerness to help answer any question or fix any issue that may arise, no matter how small or off-the-wall.

She prides herself on teaching clients about the coverages they need so they are better informed.

Amanda is happily married and in her time away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband either on their boat in the open water or relaxing and taking in the scenery on the hunting preserve they own in Northwest Florida.


Audra Browder

Audra Browder has worked in the commercial insurance and employee benefits market for 12 years, joining Kraig Blancher’s office in 2001. She assists with commercial insurance customer service as well as managing and servicing all group and individual health insurance policies. Audra also manages life and disability policies.

She has obtained her 2-15 insurance license for Life, Health and Variable Annuity and her 4-40 CPSR Certified Professional Service Representative. Audra’s expertise is in the group benefits market and is an asset to the CGB Team for her dedicated support of all benefit clients.


Brittany Barrow

Brittany is a native of Florida and has a vast familiarity with Hillsborough County and the surrounding areas.

Prior to becoming a member of the CGB family, Brittany worked for several years in the Real Estate field. This experience has helped her gain a unique understanding of Property coverage, specifically.

Brittany joined CGB Insurance in 2008 and was an intricate part of the technology fusion, which brought the implementation of our database system as well as our networking capabilities. She was responsible for setting up our 24 hour servicing system, which is a product that is offered solely to our clients.

Brittany now works on the commercial side of CGB Insurance, but is always available to assist with any insurance need that may arise.

She currently holds her CIR 4-40 license.

Brittany most enjoys the customer service aspect of CGB Insurance and loves getting to know our clients on a personal level. Her goal is to help them not only secure insurance, but understand what they’re buying.


Sue Gall

Sue has been with CGB Insurance for 5 years. Prior to joining CGB Insurance, Sue was a successful business owner, therefore, she has a special understanding of the customer side of insurance. This helps her identify with the insured and understand the needs and stresses that go along with running your own business.

Sue is a licensed agent and holds her Health & Life (2-15) and her CPSR (4-40). She specializes in Medicare Supplemental and Medicare Advantage plans. She currently is obtaining all the information available to handle all of your Health Care Reform questions and help individuals and businesses make the required changes with the smoothest transition possible.

Sue is the head of the Accounting Department for CBG Insurance and also the Claims Department.

In her free time, Sue enjoys fishing with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.


Ted Rogers

Ted has more than 25 years experience in the insurance industry. He began his career in the Washington, DC area and moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1997.

Before becoming Vice President of CGB Insurance, Ted held a top management position with one of the top five national brokers. After leaving that experience to start with CGB Insurance Ted had one main focus, to be in more direct contact with his clients and prospects. He has a very hands-on approach to insurance and goes every step of the way to make sure that his clients understand their coverages. He knows how to develop and maintain proper risk control practices to positively affect his clients’ operations.

Ted specializes in commercial property & casualty, as well as health and life coverages for small to medium size businesses.
