Kraig Blancher
President
Kraig Blancher is the Founder and President of CGB Insurance. Prior to starting CGB Insurance, Kraig was a distinguished member of the United States Army. This training and experience is where his solid work ethic derives from. He attended the University of South Florida where he graduate at the top of his class receiving 3 degrees. Kraig has over 30 years of insurance experience working to insurance Small to Large Business Owners and Individuals looking to seek the best coverage options available to them.
Theodore Rogers
Senior Vice President
Ted has over 30 years of experience on the insurance industry. Prior to joining CGB Insurance in 2011, he was a top producer and award winner at Arthur J. Gallagher & Company for 13 years. His mission is to not just sell insurance, it is to be an advocate and a resource for his clients.
Todd Bornowski
Senior Insurance Agent
Todd is a Producer for CGB Insurance and moved to Florida from Wisconsin in 2016. Todd has over 24 years of Commercial Insurance experience and loves to help clients and prospects navigate through the complex world of insurance. “My goal is to use a structured approach to help clients understand what IS covered and more importantly what IS NOT covered by their insurance, so they can make educated business decisions.” Everything is insured, you either transfer the risk to an insurance carrier or you self-insure it. Helping the customer understand this is what sets Todd apart form most insurance agents.
Candy Rejko
Commercial Insurance Agent
As a licensed Health and Commercial Insurance agent, Candy Rejko has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has been managing insurance risks for her clients with an emphasis on their companies needs, along with building long-term relationships of trust. Candy believes properly protecting business owners and their assets is vital. A key when assessing each risk is the ability to communicate well, asking the right questions and then the ability to listen. Candy approaches each client with respect and is passionate about always doing right by others.
Yaitza Franco

Yaitza is apart of the CGB family leading our personal lines department. She has Just over 10 years experience working with some of the top Florida carriers in the industry. She comes to us seasoned with knowledge and eager to provide our clients with the proper coverages as well as understanding of what they need to be confident that their property is properly insured.
Audra Browder
Health Insurance Agent
Audra has been with CGB insurance since the opening in 2005. She has worked along side Kraig Blancher for just shy of 20 years. Her primary focus lies in the area of health insurance benefits. She is the servicing account manager for all benefit related CGB Insurance clients.
Alyssa Gomez
Commercial Account Executive
Alyssa became a part of the CGB family in 2017. Prior to joining our team, she had over 8 years of experience in Real-estate. Since joining CGB she has obtained her 4-40 Insurance Representative license and has worked in our Commercial department assisting our insured in their day-to-day insurance needs.
Jovana Llovio
Commercial Account Executive
Jovi recently joined our CGB family. She comes to us with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining our team Jovi worked on the brokerage side of Insurance. With her knowledge in insurance on both sides she is able to give a better insight to the changes in the industry. Jovi is currently a part of our commercial Team managing our commercial clients needs on a day-to-day basis.
Morgan Armstrong
Administrative Assistant
Morgan recently joined our CGB family. She began with us during the summer of 2023 as a part time receptionist. She quickly became an intricate part of the CGB Team. With just under 6 months in the insurance world she has managed to obtain her 4-40 Insurance Representative License. While she continues her studies in college she is actively advancing herself in the insurance industry. We are grateful to have her as a part of our family.
